University of San Diego's Alcala Club. This prestigious club of
32 students constantly interacts with our president, trustees and
donors at various University wide events. It is crucial that they
are knowledgeable on proper etiquette. Through your dining and
networking classes these students now feel comfortable eating a formal
meal with a trustee, giving a proper handshake and making small talk
with a donor. You were able to offer them a variety of techniques
they will use not only at the University but though out their adult
